Has anybody seen it?
Hateful advertising IMO. To me I can only describe it as overt subliminal advertising.
If you havent seen it... the ad challenges you to "do not buy this big mac" and "can you resist eating"
It is a very convincing ad. All golden and full of goodness but in actual fact, a dare not to eat the shit they call food.
Any opinions??? |

I've only seen it once. But was absolutely disgusting. I dont usually get riled by adverts, but ... I cant believe it passed advertising scrutiny. Everyone knows it is bad for your health, yet they are allowed to challenge the nation to not eat their food

"the ad challenges you to "do not buy this big mac" and "can you resist eating""
I can't say I have seen the ad, but it is obviously working on me as my answers to the questions are:-
"OK I won't buy the big mac"
and
"Yes I can resist eating, but I will have a coffee please" |

"Subliminal advertising is a myth "
it was overt. Thats the point. Tile was literally "do not buy me" or something. Then loads of happy kids, families, men and women all tucking into what appeared to be some kind of premium big mac, never to been seen in any of their grease holes.
Got be really narked authorities could pass it when there is by all counts an obesity epidemic |
