Hi,

We just met a lovely couple last eve and would like to leave them some positive feedback. We cant see any obvious menu item pointing us as to how to do this and there doesn't seem to be a FAQ on the subject. Help please!

Look on their profile and on the left you'll see a tab that says verify - you can leave them a 5star review

Hi, Thanks for the help but when we click on that it says "For verified users only" or similar. We are verified and so are they, so where do we go from here?

Yes, afraid so. You can only verify once your verified by someone else. You'll have to ask them to verify you first.
