my leg......please tell me they are.....
Butchers at Sainsbury's stores are not allowed to use certain knives to cut meat because they have not had enough health and safety training. |

Its probably the case for all the super markets. You can't make a bed in hospital until you have had H&S training for when a patient is in or not in the bed. |

Your right, Sainsburys used to prepare most of their meat instore in an area designated. Was a mini production line with trained butchers.
Now, as you say, its all delivered pre-packed.
Bakery too, everything apart from some of the loaves is part baked elsewhere and baked off in store.
