my leg......please tell me they are.....

Butchers at Sainsbury's stores are not allowed to use certain knives to cut meat because they have not had enough health and safety training.

Its probably the case for all the super markets. You can't make a bed in hospital until you have had H&S training for when a patient is in or not in the bed.

They have real butchers in Morrisons because they have an ex neighbour working there.

Your right, Sainsburys used to prepare most of their meat instore in an area designated. Was a mini production line with trained butchers.

Now, as you say, its all delivered pre-packed.

Bakery too, everything apart from some of the loaves is part baked elsewhere and baked off in store.
