Im in a portacabin in south wales and beginning to wonder if im safe. Got pylons overhead and the noise of the wind going through them is eerie in the extreme. |

In all seriousness, if you are as close to the sea as you say you are, take care. Maybe consider going to family or a friends this evening (when it's due to be at it's worst).
Coastal fringes of Wales and Lancashire are forecast to get the absolute worst of it.
Take care and give your dog a cuddle. |

Our cats have just done the, look at the catflap and thought better of it then run back to snoozeville on the bed Funny to watch, you can almost see the cogs working in the mind when they're going through the decision process. |

Luckily I'm not right on the promenade but I'm less than half a mile from the seafront! The winds definitely cranking up out there!! Cuddles dog |

It's bloody horrendous here! Bad wind and rain. So noisy.
My friend lives in chertsey right near the chertsey Bourne (I think that's what it's called) and the water is just about coming over her decking, they can't even move stuff upstairs as they are in a bungalow.
Stay safe everyone,
Hottie signing out from wet and windy Kent Coast x
