I advise all of my clients to get one. As for calf's being tight then look at your running shoes or running style there will be alot on the internet about how to balance the muscular strain over your whole lower body. |

Thanks. Have got some Brooks stability shoes after getting gait analysis done although the place I went to said I over pronate so much I still might need an orthotic!
Any tips on good sites? Pm me of course x |

damn wish i had that sort of thing when i was running. all i got was a physio pounding the bloody crap out of my legs.
black and blue most of the time back then, and i still never made it to the Olympics.....lol |

I used to use one at the gym when I had a personal trainer, I found one side to be more painful than the other but I knew it was working with the pain I was in x |

I have a lot of hypermobility in my feet (as you can see in some of my pics)and without my orthotics in normal shoes ouch! well worth getting used to them if you need them x "I advise all of my clients to get one.
