What is your definition of happiness?

My definition is inner peace. I am happy to be alive. I look at each day as a gift. I have my family and friends and a roof over my head. When I get down, I remind myself how fortunately blessed I am. That is my definition of happiness. x

Happiness is all very subjective, I could wax lyrical about how the smile of my children and the wings of a butter fly and so on.
