Titz Towers, North Notts

It's very good. Don't analyse the plot too much, as they don't tend to stand up, but they are enjoyable to watch.

It depends what your thing is. If you like gritty no no nonce crime drama with depth and a fair bit of reality thrown in it would be hard to find better. If you like fluffy lovey dovey then its not your thing.

I've just watched Season 1 on Sky Catch Up and now NEED to see Season 2 & 3...really enjoyed it, and I know I shouldn't but I like the Alice character...something about her I find compelling.

You can like who you like its only a show and its written so you warm to her season 2 & 3 are very good the only bad point is there aren't enough episodes.

If you like stuff like that then Luther should be up your street. Its like a dirty 3.0s Capri with a grubby interior. Its a little seedy, there's a bit of a smell but its what it is and bloody good at being that too.

Alice is fantastic!!!! she does get better in series 2 and 3....

where the author has said he may not do anymore series of "luther"... he was thinking of writing a spin off for Alice.....

they are talking about doing the luther prequel as a feature film.... but that would then mean no alice....

Yeah also no ripley. As in the book he is mentioned very briefly but isnt working with luther. And in the first episode when he firat meets luther he says he chased the role of working with him
