The ice cream van has just gone down the road with his little tune playing..... Best of luck mate , only got 80 mile an hr winds and floods every where. Can't see people queuing up to see you tonight for a 99 tonight  |

I knew of an ice cream van that was selling some very illegal ice-cream toppings...unique way to try to get under the radar for dealing I guess, and don't think that's a trade that is affected by the weather. Not sure how long he'd been doing it before he was (deservedly) caught |
