I made the highest toad in the hole EVER! It just kept rising and rising and rising-I thought it was going to push the oven door open!
Served with peas and gravy. Yummy!

We had roast pork for dinner and had it quite early, so this evening we have pretzels to snack on and then fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate! Yummy  |

im cooking hunters chicken with wedges and peas and onion rings

I wouldn't have the kit to be able to make it  No cake tins, no mixing bowls or whisks... I should have thought of baking stuff at Christmas when people were asking me what I wanted! Xxx |

Ohhhhhh-yummy! I thought you meant a batch of white and a batch of milk.
Maybe it's because after you've dipped the milk chocolate, you've increased the surface area of the apples so it takes more white chocolate to coat them?
Or, if it was me, it would be because I had already eaten more of the white chocolate before starting so would have a few apples that had only been coated in milk  |

Its the normal baking chocolate (not the cake covering one, that's too watery!)
Its never enough just having one layer of chocolate on the apple - you need to even out the healthy and the necessary! |

We went to Nottingham Christmas market and they had a whole array of gorgeous tasting fudge they were all very tasty |
