I've done the coffee, paracetamols, fry up and still feel like crap...any other suggestions?

A hangover is just dehydration.

Your brain and body are crying for water to rid themselves of the poison you put in.

take a tiny pinch of salt and a teeny bit of sugar and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
