I tuned in just in time to see Team GB. I think I have missed all the exciting show bits but there will be a repeat.

Not much, it only started at quarter past, probably be more after the athletes parade. You missed some firework, video and the Olympic symbol failing to open properly

Yes. An aeroplane from Turkey was trying to be diverted to Sochi but it seems to have been dealt with.
