Do people just send them for the sake of it, just received another one (this being the 4th) from the same person who lives 100s of miles away, never chatted to or have any desire to, why send and invite to someone you've not even said hello to

We had a friend invite from a guy in Australia!!!! No message, just the invite. He could accommodate to, lucky us. Can you imagine the cost in fuel to get there!!!

Be flattered you are getting invites Mally, it means your profile is appealing.... only takes a second to delete an invite mate.....

we've put a note on our profile that we dont have any action pics in private, and now show our mug shots in public, and it's cut down the unsolicited friend

requests instantly.

Mind you, now everyone can see what we look like, we rarely get any contacts now

We would not accept an invite or send one unless we had had contact in some shape or form. We are quite selective and would only invite people who we are planning to meet at some point, whether for playtimes or just socially, for example if we like somebody's wit on the forums. Looking at pictures is not a priority, but of course once a friend, we do look...

I usually accept friends invites from people we've never spoken to if they have private pics I can't see AND their public pics show a nice cute pair of boobiekins. I see no problem with having a little perv even if they do live 300 miles away.

I presume its mainly because people want to see your private pictures. I only accept them from people i have spent time talking to.

Our profile is hidden at the minute while we take a break but we still get friend invites... how do they have an idea of who we are with no profile?? It baffles me.

Ignorance and stupidity. If someone hides their profile its because they do not want new contacts.

and before anyone moans about how judgemental that statement is, they have to be stooooopid if they keep sending invites that get knocked back and they don't take the hint

Its very easy for them to send 100 friends invites a day, possibly 200. The saying goes If you throw enough mud some of it will stick so i assume that's the mentality of these people.
