Woke up this morning and my knee is giving me some considerable discomfort. Dr's are fully booked at present so will call back for a cancellation later. There is a walk in centre just round the corner, but I fear it would be better named a limp in centre for me today 
Anyhoo, who wants to make me some dinner and cheer me up  |

Bacon sarnies are for breakfast, I've been suffering in absolute agony (OUCH) since I woke up.
I need some dinner & affection, even the nuke machine is too far away   |

Awww thank you, is it Lamb with yorkies & roast tata's & baby carrots & cauliflower & green beans & mashed swede & petit pois & mint gravy
