The best one I have come across is a cement cast of the rectum; not very clever as cement is exothermic when it cures and is caustic pH 12 - 13.

The worst rectal prolapse I have come across was in a saturation dive due to a leak in the sanitation system waste holding tank pressure reduction valve (before the waste enters a holding tank) that resulted in a pressure drop that extracted a significant portion of the colon; luckily, a full recovery following surgery.
