I've just updated my profile to reflect where I am now and wanted to know how often you feel the need to update or change your profile?

I update mine when something changes in my life and it needs an update, no specific time period between updates.

I need to do mine now but am not in the mood.

I'm wondering about handing it over to a guest writer each week/month/fortnight just for laffs.

I bet some people would write cracking profiles. I'm thinking Tina, MysteriousGuy, Topsy, View, Minxy, Lickety, Ryan.... just for starters.

To answer the question, I rewrite my profile when I don't think it is attracting those I wish to attract, or it no longer represents who I am or what I am looking for.

I'm fickle and what I am looking for depends on my circumstances and mood.

Oh yes please!!! I've actually guest written a profile before and it attracted a lot of positive reviews and she's still kept it. I'd say who it is, but I'm discreet and she's at the end of the rainbow

I have to be the worst person for changing my profile. One day I will read it through and add a wee snippet or take a wee bit out, then a few days later will read it again and completely delete it all and start all over again. I think perhaps I have Profile OCD..... Drives me nuts but then guess it keeps it fresh.

I spend quite a bit of time writing mine and its just the same since I joined.

In 10 years time when I am younger than I am now...may be I'll update it to include sasquash and hairy bikers

I completely rewrote mine just before Christmas and it seems to have had a positive effect. I've made a couple of tweeks since but I'm happy with it for now
