What presents do you like to receive for Valentines?
Are you a traditionalist who is wooed by chocs, roses and champagne? Or would you prefer something more imaginative?
Any good ideas for prezzies or are you the type for whom a card and a kiss (read shag) suffice? |

Money shouldnt come into it..... The best things in life are free...
Ive not seen my true love for almost 4 months..... I dont need gimics,I'll be extatic with her in my arms
Ive wrote I 3 u xxx or I love you in sooooo many ways.....
How about this.....
Slice a pineapple up cut big flowers out of the slices, stick on kebab squers. Slice the end off a few strawberries to make centres for the pineapple flowers. Then remove the stalks from some strawberries stick squers in small end... Now you have rose buds and big flowers. Arrange in a vase,Ive always got a smile from doing this... No waste its edible and good to tease your partner with juicey fruit..... Add cream if you want,or icecream nom nom nom |

I can't wait for Valentine's this year it's going to be very special and not because of what he is spending on me but because he is so lovely.
I've not been someones Valentine for years so this year will be wonderful. |

I know what I am getting this year and can't wait but I'd be happy with just a cosy night at home and a take away to be honest.
We tell each other we love each other every day bit it's nice for just one day to be silly and overly in love I think.
Having said that I have no clue what to get him as I am rubber at slushy stuff lol |

"Evie said the word 'rubber' *snigger*
I'd like some valentines ideas - I can easily do the chocs and flowers and perfume but what else or otherwise would a lady like to receive? "
Lingerie, SPA vouchers or any other pampering experience she might like, joint cooking class... or play a game together (I'm thinking 9 and a half weeks fridge food scene)... |

That is really sweet.
I love it when someone goes to the trouble of making something themselves. |

We make each other homemade cards and go for a cheap meal. See weatherspoons for details. hubby can get me flowers and chocolate anytime.
How about some flowers for the garden maybe lilies in a nice pot plant soon and watch them flower in the summer. |

Time is the most valuable gift. Someone that would take the day off work to spend with me would mean more than flowers etc. If he happened to want to spend the day in bed and had bought some new toys to play with that would be a bonus |

We don't go over the top as he always spoils me. I usually get a bigger bunch of flowers than my usual weekly ones and I always get him a box of violet creams which are his favourite and a nice card each

I got brought a car once and a bike for valentine's but on the whole I dont do Valentines. Not that I get anything being single anyway.
I have seen a few things I fancy and will buy them on the 15th |

Yes, that would be very touching - walking arm in arm chatting, country pub lunch, a jolly good smooch with the one you care for, log fire kind of afternoon....bliss!
You can get a rural hotel room with an open fire too - I'd love that! |

I`m not bothered about flowers and chocolates as I haven't got a sweet tooth anyway, for me it would just be great to be able to spend the night together, make love, fall asleep together and wake up with his arms round me |

Flowers, but better than that would be to have Jet in my arms instead of being a cyber babe on that day
By the way it is my fault that I can't be with him I messed up my weekends with my girls father and I can't swap |

Oooh Kitkat That sounds like fun, where do you get them from? If you don't mind me asking.
Our first Valentines together was very commercialised. I got a lovely necklace that I have rarely taken off and he got clothes and cheesy bits n bobs, our second and the years ever since has been spent in our local sex shop either getting a new toy, dressy up outfit or lingerie we spend our money wisely lol |

I ordered it online from everlastingcasting.com, it was only £19.99
The customer service was brilliant too and it turned up the next day it was ordered
We went for a cheaper kit as it will be the first time and then we may get more adventurous
I'm also looking for some moulding paste for my nipples and I'm going to make my own chocolate nipples for him |

I've bought 2 gifts this year, both last month and it took me ages to find them.
But as for receiving I'm really not bothered. I'd rather just curl up with him at home and have an early night
