The land of grey peas and bacon

Just watched it and he arranged a wedding in the States where 99% of her family could not make it...I mean I got married in Denmark and most my family could not make it and I was really upset...Would you allow your future husband to arrange your wedding?? Obviously I'm speaking hypothetically..

She might if you asked her nicely.

Was this the fuckwit bodybuilder on muscle beach? I used to quite like this program but seems to all about idiots being outrageous.

And I couldn't imagine anything worse than organising a wedding without crystal's input, I know how useless I can be!

What I don't understand is having agreed to go in this show, why they don't sit down and discuss what they would like including the dress!

But wouldn't you both - if you're going onto a show in its about twentieth season, certainly feels like it - say to each other: look, we're getting £10k, you just tell me what you want and I'll see what we can get close to it?

Are we really supposed to believe its not contrived at all!??

Needless to say, Lola loves it. Me, I'd rather watch the washing machine for an hour. X

Cool. Dinner at kfc followed by a trip to chams then. Can just see the family chatting in the Jacuzzi!

I would quite happily let anyone else organise it. The actual wedding day doesn't mean that much really....in my opinion people worry far to much about the actual day and get so stressed about it trying to get everything perfect and spend so much money, planning a day for everyone else (from what I can work out)...only to get divorced a couple of years down the line. I've seen it happen many times. That's why we went of to Vegas to get married with no friends or family. Being the centre of attention does nothing for me. I just don't get what all the fuss is about.

For 12 grand and a family free wedding - hell yes I'd do it x

May even host a gathering when I got back - just to appease them!

Yes I saw that last night I love that programme, and yes I would love to let my other half sort it all out. I have had two big church weddings and many thousand pounds lost in fact £30,000 over the two.

Like someone has said, Rings, witness'es and fish and chips would do me fine if I ever get the liking of fruit cake back....Ruby

Somewhere in North Norfolk

If I were to get married, and I think it unlikely, I'd be quite happy to clear off to a beach in the Caribbean, just the two of us, and get married there.

I wouldn't want the cost and stress of a wedding. I don't want to be centre of attention for a day, with expectations of me. It seems more about the showy bit in most cases than the actual union, love and commitment these days.

It's sad that so many people can spend a fortune on a wedding but not respect the promises they are making.

I might have a party when we got back.
