Take a deep breath and hold it for a few seconds. Release all the air in your lungs very slowly through pursed lips until there is no air left in your lungs at all.

Put a blob of peanut butter on the roof of your mouth, then try and lick it off. Apparently the concentration and effort required to remove sticky stuff changes your breathing pattern, and cures the hiccies. Someone got paid £25 for that suggestion in a girlie mag ! Worth a try if you like peanut butter, lol. |

The method I posted above works for me every time without fail. If there is a more serious underlying medical condition then professional advice is required but for bog standard hiccups I've relied on my method for years and it's never let me down. |

i once seen a documentory about this guy that had hickups for over a year, it was later discoverd that they were caused by a brain tumor on his brainstem but im sure yours are just involentery spazams of the dyophram lolz xx |
