Or the wheelie bin full of petrol someone used to take out several BT Internet communication centres in Manchester back in 2002!
Couldn't afford to do that with petrol prices as they are these days.... |

It may have been deliberately done to seal a part of the sewerage system in order to stop a poison or water borne pathogen from entering the water system.
Not saying it was, but I know that there are industrial units and other places that have 24/7 contracts with ready mixed concrete companies to deliver x cube of concrete to specific manholes within minutes of a phone call. I doubt that there would be a general announcement saying you were all nearly killed because of a leak from X but we stopped it by pouring concrete down the drain. people might get upset! LoL |
