This may seem hard to believe but I had a double bacon and egg Mcmuffin with hash brown for breakfast. Cookies mid morning and a Big Mac meal for lunch. I'm undecided for tea at the moment, but I'm leaning towards a fish finger sarnie. |

Those weight watchers meals are full of sugar and crap...if you can you are better off making meals |

Left over chicken nuggets and fish fingers. Neither of us can be bothered to walk to Tesco for anything better so it's a freezer emptying dinner tonight |

Left over roast chicken
Reduced fat coconut milk
Thai green curry paste
Onions
Peppers cut into strips
Green beans
Put curry paste into a large nonstick frying pan and begin to fry
Add the onions and a big splash of water
Once the onions are soft add the peppers and if needed another splash of water. Add the green beans and coconut milk.
When the beans are nearly cooked add the chicken and heat through.
Serve with boiled noodles or rice. |
