Forget any substance, if you want to lose weight eat a healthy diet and exercise is my advice. I prefer running to using the cross trainer, prefer running outside too, but the cross trainer will knacker you out alright, if you really want to test yourself try the rowing machine, but be warned, it's the devils tool |

I've heard good reviews about it but me personally have never tried it and nor would i intend to.
The only way the fat burners work are with a low calorie diet and plenty of exercise. Now, if you're on a low calorie diet already - you don't really need a fat burner.
The caffeine in them will surely keep you up and mess up your sleep. Just go to the gym, make sure you're doing compound exercises for all round fat lost and lots of running.
I'm no expert but a fat bastard lol Good luck though anyway - go for it.

There has just been an article on the bbc about these drugs and people are dying. The ones mentioned are dnp,s and they say that once in the system, doctors can not reverse the effect on the body. These fat burners etc are extremely dangerous and should be avoided. There is no quick fix when trying to get weight off. It doesnt go on overnight and wont come off overnight . |

I know everybodies different but personally I have always found that the tread mill is the best for burning fat
personally I see no point in taking drugs they are just a con, all of them are to be used in conjunction with a diet and regular exercise so you will loose weight anyway, if you diet for a month and loose a stone taking pills how can anyone prove that you wouldn't have lost a stone anyway just by watching what you eat and moving more? they cant so they take the credit
I went back to fat camp just after the new year I've lose 21 and a half pound this month just by following the diet and I have bough a tread mill and I spend a hour a day on it, you don't need drugs |

Tend to find x-trainers are good for cadio, but aren;t as good as running.
However x trainers are better at helping your joints than running is.
If you looking for the best overall cardio
The 2 best exercises are the rowing maching (done properly, get full instruction - many people use it wrongly)
and use a treadmill at the highest possible incline and power walk!
For fat burning, dont go with chemical supplements - use natural fat burners, such as chillis and peppers etc. Do some research in natural stimulants.
However a calorie controlled diet is a must for shredding excess body fat.
75% of your effort will be eating the correct balance, not that actual exercise - exercising enough and properly is the easy bit! |

"At best a con. At worst a health risk.

The fatburners raise the bodys metabolic rate to such a degree you start sweating badly and the heart can not stand the strain. I would rather be overweight and work at it ,than dead |
