I have an elderly 18.5 year old male cat and a 4 year old female cat. All my cats (3) are nuetered. The old boy has osteo-arthritis and has had a very effective jab from the vet.
Since the jab, the old boy has improved a lot, and although he has no balls, he has started molesting my girl cat. He won't let her alone, using his mouth to hold her in place! Mind you, my girl cat acts like a tart despite being sterilised - she did have her only season at 4.5 months, very early.
Much as though it amusing to watch, it can be noisy and I do worry that it is abuse. I'm wondering if there is a simple solution. Any thoughts?
