I worked it out.

It's not zombies in 28 weeks later they are just the infected. This is because they die of starvation after so long whereas a real zombie does not die unless it's head is smashed in.

Zombies or infected? They don't seem to run anywhere. Infected are not dead?

9th of February if I remember right it returns in America :D cannot wait !
