Lurking is fine, but joining in can be a heck of a lot of fun. I've just had a wonderful night out as a result of posting the ramblings of a nut job in here. If I posted sensible, productive stuff, I believe my night may have been 39% improved.

I enjoy posting, but sometimes get put off by the PC brigade who constantly try to remind us that everybody's different and have their own opinions.

This is supposed to be fun, so enjoy it. If you don't like somebody's opinion, move on.

I like to lurk - if only to read some of the sanctimonious answers to some of the threads

I never lurk, I feel too compelled to write sanctimonious answers.

Funnily enough it's an easy clique to join, just keep posting be it sanctimonious drivel or witty repartee and you'll be in with the in crowd too.

I think if your a lurker you should start joining in. There are some wonderful people on here who are warm and friendly. As in life you meet some sour people but who cares! Join in and have a ball!

I go through phases, sometimes I like to post here and there, other times the forums become a bit repetitive and lack the tah dar.... And during those times I just lurk, or go off and perv pictures and profiles
