I'm getting a bit bored of them:

surely we should be encouraging properly made profiles and not auto generated text? |

I dunno if thats just lazy lol..the auto generated ones are basically a hark back to other sites and it looks like its rapidly becoming more prevalent on this site.
I'd probably wager 90% of these autos are gonna be fake |

Admin did it 'for mobile users ease'
But this is a business & higher member numbers is good for the site. Even if it is thousands of profiles that haven't been logged into for months/years & never were verified 
I heard last night all new profiles now need approval before going live on site; that may slow down or deter the come & go weekenders but time will tell |
