There is a method as to open them and the yogurt is still in a layer where the foil top was and unbroken, you also don't squirt yogurt everywhere. Completely pointless fact for you but thought you might like to know so you can try it next time

Method 1 -

Method 2 - I think you have to just do it really slowly and only open it a tiny bit first so the air can escape then slowly remove the lid, it shouldn't squirt out then  |
