"With one in three marriages ending in divorce, she should of made him sign an agreement to stay with her for ever, or give it back and die "
Is it only 1 in 3? Thought it was higher nowadays! |

my mum used to say 'i want does'nt get'..
think she can want all she likes, the ex wont give it up lightly i supppose..
thought..?
would she have had to sign a consent form before surgery..?
then again not sure in the small print it would have, 'in the light of the recipient doing the wild thing with the donors friend, return of said organ is required'..
bet if she did get it back she would just fry it with some onions.. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
That is terrible. What would she do with it? Risk another transplant surgery and have it reattached? Which surgeon would put them both at risk like that?
Donating is supposed to be altruistic.
I hope she finds some peace at the loss of her relationship but I fear the ex and his new woman will be constantly checking the locks and looking over their shoulders.

I'd cut him open with a steak knife, scoop it out with a spoon, declare "I think you'll find this is mine!" and leave him bleeding out on the floor.
or I'd move on and forget all about it.................or would I! |

"A woman who saved her dying husband's life by giving him one of her kidneys now wants the organ back after he dumped her for another woman
Would you want it back if it was you? "
What a vile creature. From carrying out one of the most noble acts a person can possibly do, saving another persons life, to wanting condemn that same person to a life of suffering or even death just because they had a falling out. What a heartless bitch. |

Yes I know. being left for another woman can't be the nicest of things to happen to someone....but I think it is either raw for the woman who has been left and she is seeking revenge or she is just a bitter woman altogether.
Whats wrong with asking for the car instead? She would get more out of it |

"I think it's ridiculous and should be laughed out of court if it ever gets there.
You can't hold someone to ransom like this. 'if you leave me I'll take back my life saving kidney!!'"
She has no case. It was a gift. You don't get gifts back if a relationship ends. Any armchair lawyer could tell her that. |

Even if it were a gift no court would find in her favour as that would be judicial murder. Hence the reason it would never get to court. |
