Mines gone pretty well, I haven't gone for the usual diet though, I still eat what I want just smaller portions and less snacking. I have realised I am often not hungry just eat when I am bored. Weekends are harder, less to do to take my mind off of it |

Pretty well, I went out for a curry on Monday, did a home made Chinese on Tuesday, cottage pie on Wednesday, bacon and cheese butties on Thursday, home made fish and chips on Friday and I went to the chippy for chicken and chips last night.

Pretty well. I'm sticking to it ok with no cravings.
But I'm listening to the rain and wind and not best pleased that I'm going to have to go out to get more veggies and fruit to help me stick to it - turkey and bean casserole for lunch if I brave the weather. |

I lack motivation. What I need is a lush lady to promise me sex if my little tummy flattens a little. I spend more time reading 'mens health' magazine on a sofa with beer and crisps than I do down the gym, where I tend to cycle slowly watching the tightly Lycra clad women sweating and looking for camel toes.
