After listening about how great Sunderland fans were with their 9000 away support at united last week
Today their attendance was 25 ,000
Baring in mind 4000 travelling Kidderminster fans
That leaves over 20,000 empty seats !

take into consideration, its the early rounds of the cup against lowly opposition, no disrespect but it is, its not quite the end of the month, lost of folk aint been paid yet and those same people probably got paid early for xmas so money is tight, especially up here in the north east, 25 thousand isnt actually a bad attendance all things considered, and one last thing... we are off to wembley so thousands of us are having a mad scramble trying to pay for travel and hotels etc this weekend. |

Its all conjecture but I would guess its the ones who generate the loudest sound in the stadium they will be the true supporters as they shout/ sin loudest to support their team. I am pretty sure it isn't Arsenal. |

the best supporters are the ones that didnt leave boundary park today at half time with Oldham 0-3 to the posh but stayed and roared them on to win 5-4 in injury time and if you have been to 0ldham on a cold wet january afternoon you know what dedication that takes |
