Just got a chilli beef pizza over the shop on special offer £2....
Says medium heat on the box!!
Lies!!!!!! It's melting my mouth off and I like spicy stuff but OMG!!!
Anyway that's my lunch... 
Should of stuck with my original plan of scrambled egg.
And just in case anyone thinks this should be on Facebook ill add some smut..
