Seems everyone has had something.really bad illouminous green snot and sickness and dia has been in our house.

Considering where I work I've been pretty lucky so far and only had the winter vomiting bug, until this morning when I've woken up after seemingly swallowing a box of razor blades in my sleep by tonight I will have no voice at all as per usual.

I'm just getting over the worst cold I can remember having for ages. Although I think everything seems worse when you can't just hide in bed feeling sorry for myself and still have to look after a toddler (who now has my cold and is not impressed!!)

So far so good for 2014 except for the residual cough from a cold that I had in December.

However, I was not well most of last month after returning from my trip to the Far East, most likely to be the result of being run down and stress of having to make the trip every 2 years.

Fingers crossed for the rest of the year.

Nope, apart from an hereditary case of eczema, I come from robust stock. We all seem to be skinny, live forever and keep our marbles. I've only had 2 days off sick in 4 years. I'm very much counting my blessings
