It's hard to put your finger on it. It is almost an aura but you either got it or you haven't. Classiness can mean so so many things but you recognise it when you see it. |

I get told I'm classy and feminine on the outside (probably my obsession with nails and only wearing pencil skirts/dresses) but have the mind of a man....
But classy to me is a woman who can hold her own in any group without arrogance and being overbearing, dresses well for her figure and scenario and is polite to everyone even those she would rather kick in the nuts , |

Bang on! There are some women you see on the street dressed almost identically to another woman and for some reason, my eye is totally drawn to one or the other. Personally, I feel its due to a few things, confidence, the ability to dress appropriately for the situation, being aware of who they are and embracing it. And a beautiful, gently lingering perfume is always an amazing head turner.

I think it's more a state of mind than an collection of indicators. I love being told I'm classy, makes me feel like I'm dressed nicely and acting appropriately without being stuck up x |

I think it's difficult to describe "classy".
But I'd say it's about a lady's look, she's spent time grooming herself, from head to toe.
The way she walks, head up and comfortable with herself.
An air of confidence and positive self-esteem.
Maybe also an air of mystery, with regard to more personal and intimate matters.
I'd say femininity is to do with the way she looks and dresses, and also behaves.
Hope I haven't upset any ladies with my comments!! |

"In your opinion."
Feminine and classy arnt inter connected a woman can be feminine if she has a womanly figure and has feminine mannerisms and chavs can have both but not be classy.
Classy is something totally different you get classy women who arent that feminine but still are classy. |

It depends from one woman to the next, as for one woman it is how she holds herself, another it is what she wears depends on how she comes across as classy to me. |

I was brought up to believe in the importance of good grooming, manners and having a positive, happy outlook on life. Im a very girly girl...loving all things feminine. However, class is something you either have or you don't. Its in your general demeanour....and for others to recognise... |

"Confidence, style, grace, intelligence and impeccable manners."
Yep. I can do this that's what I love about being a woman. Depending on how you dress as well I think, we can turn it on and we can turn it off
Although there are women who only have one style ....does that make sense |

Classy and feminine are not "absolute" descriptions, what is classy and feminine to one may not be the same to another.
That said, I would include a level of dress sense, education (in the the sense of knowledge and awareness, not necessarily degree or schooling), behaviour, sophistication and knowing how to behave in different situations and contexts.
It is NOT being stuck up but more being refined, being able to assert oneself without the need to shout or sulk, being able to communicate with anybody without making them feel inferior.
It does (not allow room for bad language (in my books, anyway) |

My language is a ripe at times but I think I still pull off feminine.

" All depending on context - I am no angel at times but would not turn the air blue in public if that makes sense? |
