Well today is my day off, however I wpuld have phoned in sick for the first time if it wasn't.
Poorly chest, coughing and aching everywhere.
What are rememdies have you discovered? Did they work? Or what is the strangest remedy you have heard of?
My nana would have been telling me to rub mustard on my chest

"Hot Ribena 2 paracetamols and a nice hot bath,then wrap up in old track bottoms and a t shirt get under the quilt and sweat it out of you,works for me  "
Currently slobbed on my sofa under my fleecy blanket with a cat on each leg. Now someone bring me a ribena!  |

A couple of men I know swear by hot steamy sex. It seems to work for them. It certainly seemed to clear a chesty cough on Saturday.
I have come down with something now but I will duvet until lunchtime and then have a hot shower and a brisk walk.
