If I post a meet listing and status that says "My friend and I are looking to meet 21 Jan at her place from 8:30pm"
Is that in any way ambiguous?
I only ask as some people have asked if I'm free the day after, or Thursday, or Friday, or any day/time but the one advertised.
I'm confused, beginning to wonder if there's a different space/time continuum operating for other people. |

Well I thought about that, but his tomfoolery with the fabric of space/time seems for the most part benign and not meet based. Unless its for him to claim he's multi-orgasmic, in which case he's in and out of dimensions like Ace Rimmer.
No these people seem convinced that my availability on one day rolls into the next, or the next. Or I'm dyslexic and typed Tuesday when I meant Tuesady. |

Oh for goodness sake Jodie, surely you should know by now that if you post a meet then it automatically means you are free to drop your knickers and bend over for any and every guy that wants you from your meet date/time to the close of that calendar month.
Pfft, how long you been here?? Have you not yet learned that basic rule? |

Is that really the rule? I must have slept through that part of the fabswingers induction weekend.
So logically if I want to get laid next Tuesday night, I should set up a meet listing for this Saturday? Or would that then make me a timewaster?
These metaphysical dilemmas eh? |

Over the rainbow, under the bridge |
I get that all the time. The heading on my profile indicates that I meet on Saturdays and in the text it says I can't meet daytimes or midweek.
I get about a dozen requests a week for anything but Saturdays. Often they start with 'I know you can only meet Saturdays but I'm ib Manchester on . ..'
So they can read. They just choose to ignore. |

To be honest it sounds like a set up, if your friend was looking to meet at her place, your friend should be posting the request, not you. |

Do you know the friend didnt have the same meet request/status on her profile? Or even if the friend is on here? |

I only know what you wrote, and replied accordingly. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
"J0die, you didn't state which year. It's not always a Tuesday on 21st January.
Coz Jodie is likely to remember a meeting arranged for 2020....?? "
No silly, the dimwits asking for other days might mean 21st next year.

"Or, you say you and your friend will be dogging in a certain place and you get someone messaging you asking if you'd meet them 50 miles away at theirs "
That's not ambiguous,
that's expectations of
ubiquitous-ity.

Lol I have the same issue, I post meet dates weeks in advance and get men saying they are free every other day but the day I stipulated.
Or they wait until 9pm on the day I was requesting. |
