That's what they said on the news.

I'm out walking the dog, it's cold but the sun is shining, iTunes is picking some cool tunes, my kids went to school smiling and I feel great.

How are you feeling?

I'm feeling pretty good today.

I'm just gearing myself up to go for my first road run. I promised myself when I could run a mile on the treadmill without stopping, I'd go into the big wide world. Now I'm shitting a brick!!

It's my birthday on Saturday and I'm going out with my family for a meal.

Only blip on the horizon is 4 night shifts starting tonight. But at least my uni coursework will get done.
