Every Sunday I drop my kid off and spend the rest of the evening missing her, will this feeling ever go away???

Thankfully, I never had to drop mine off as their dad was a bit rubbish, but they have now both left home for uni and work.
regardless of whatever time you have, enjoy it x
oh, and make other plans for a Sunday for when you have dropped her off x

it's always difficult being a single dad or a single mum....yes it works both ways.
just remember to stay in touch and be there when they need you, they will appreciate that more than anything and believe me they will LOVE you even when you aren't in the same house with them xx |

It is not easy, I used to have the same thing when I dropped my kids off to spend time with their dad and his new woman ... you just have to see it as another episode in your life really, make sure you enjoy the times you have together and ensure that you make the most of your free time too ... maybe plan a few meets for a Sunday evening to give yourself something to look forward to ... it works for me !!! |

Absolutely right. You should be proud that you feel like this. Eventually when she is old enough she will appreciate how you feel now and she can make her own mind up about things. Just be patient. Xx |
