I've gone from 75kg to around 80 this winter, I need to start getting my diet and training properly sorted again, but really I just find it very difficult in the cold weather. |

I'm starting an exercise workout that uses up 1% of your day, takes 15 minutes to do! Got it written down if you want me to mail it you? No equipment needed |

"I've lost 4lbs this doing the slimfast diet. I know how supermodels feel now...ahem. "
I'm starting mine on Monday, I'm on vanilla! I've lost half a stone in 2 weeks by doing slimfast and doing a couple of hours of cardio every single day! |

"After a rocky start, I've followed my new eating plan for a week now.
5lbs down, but most of that will be fluid.
I've a long way to go yet. "
Well done |

I have lost 3 pounds in two weeks, which is fluid i would think. Because i want to lose about 16lb at the most it's going to be hard anymore at my age will make me look haggard. Everyday i am doing a 15 min aerobic session with sit ups etc and i have set myself a target this year of jogging the "Race for Life" where as i normally walk it. So far i can't even do round the block without stopping for breath But i am still hopeful....Ruby |

I'm with Slimming World and so far this year i've lost :
2lb and
£52.
"
We're only about 6 weeks into this year, it's only £4.95 a week and I think £14.95 to join, either you're bad at maths or they're overcharging you |

Been doing slimming world just over a year, I've lost 11.5lb in past 4 weeks and received my 4st lost award this week.
I'd recommend it to anyone, it really works and really is just common sense.

Don't just count calories, count the amount of fat in foods/ingredients too! |

I have completely lost my mojo and can't seem to get the incentive back in what I should be doing....
But I do keep a food diary...so far it's telling me that I should cut back on the wine on social nights and up the fruit |

I'm just sticking to exercise and counting calories. Doesn't matter about fat content or anything, the calories don't lie. I stick to 1500 cals a day for 6 days a week and I have a cheat day where I have a good meal and maybe a couple of glasses of wine as a treat. 6 years ago I was 19 stone and by calorie counting and gym 3 times a week I'm down to 13 and a half stone and I never ever looked at the fat content of anything. |

No matter what or how much I eat, I have never really gone above 10.5 stone. I am just under 11 now, but if I even look at the gym I'll be back to 10 -10.5
I cant put weight on for niff, or lose it for that matter |

Eat, lift, repeat.
If you are not gaining, you are not fuelling your gains. |

You need to work out how much you actually burn in a day and eat in a surplus - you can eat all of these things and still be in a deficet.
I am currently bulking at 3500 cals/day.
Should gain 1 lb/week. |

I been going to ww for couple years. First yr I did really well n lost almost 1st. Last year I put it back on again, was a v stressful yr for lots of reasons n was eating on the run a lot. Although I put back on I think I woulda gained a lot more if I wasn't going ww. This yr I've changed to their filling n healthy plan n lost 8.5lbs so far n feeling much better. Next weigh in tomorrow but may have a gain or stay the same as totm. But generally this year it's working n hope to reach a size 10/12 this year. Currently a size 16/18. A vigorous fab workout or 2 defo helps get me a loss, and of course you're having fun n not thinking you're ' exercising' |

"Everyone's trying to lose weight..and i'm trying to put it back on.
...i miss the gym "
My family tend to be same (unfortunately not side I take after )
They're told to keep up intake of simple proteins n complex carbs. Most ppl trying to gain weight think 'ok just do opposite those trying to lose do' but you're metabolism prob high too. Also caffeine and energy drinks inc metabolism esp in those already got high metabolism. You watch 'supersize v super skinny' ? As dr Christian also goes into what nutrients you need to increase |
