Why is it you see on women's profiles that men need to make an effort. They want more than one liners and a face pic, now I have no problem with that. So we write a paragraph introducing ourselves and supply a pic and wait. Now not everybody is going to fancy everybody I understand that but surely a thanks but no thanks isn't much to ask after they want guys to make an effort. |

I often dont reply to people purely because i know its guna start a convo that i really cannot be arsed to have. Plus i dont really like replying back saying sorry not for me sort of thing cause i feel they will ask me 21 questions why etc. X |

Just because you send a message doesn't mean you are entitied to a reply. Lots of people read profiles before even reading a message, or look for pics, veris etc.
Some don't reply as it just leads to abuse, or why not? Or they think even of you've said no then that's opened up a conversation.
Not sure why people would like an inbox of no thanks messages tbh. I'd prefer to log on and see 1 or 2 messages that were positive instead of 20 turning me down! |

Welcome to the forums OP but just a quick glance at the site rules and you'll see that not responding isn't considered as rude. And complaining about it shows an air of desperation. |

Christ all those women that are in here solely for the attention and to feel like they are the sexiest things alive would go into melt down, there would be a flurry of gp appointments booked and a whole load of anti depressants prescribed |

People look at profiles before opening messages! That way they can avoid the hassle of reading a message from someone incompatible with what they want.
Your forum post is five times bigger than the text on your profile. You have no visible pics - regardless of the content of your message and any pics you send - people will want to browse you and see the level of effort you've put in before deciding whether to reply!
Possibly the reason you are struggling to get replies!
