i gave up november ish with the help of the e-cig. feel so much better for it and have found a flavour i really like. still on the e-cig but slowly not using it as much

I ( gaz) have been off them for 11 days now after being a smoker for 32 years.

I bought a good e.cig but have used it very little and not at all today and feeling great but a long road ahead.
