Im trying to swap chocolate for some healthy nuts. Anyone know which is the healthiest nut i can swap chocolate for?.

almonds are very good, lower in saturated fat than peanuts. A lot of low carbers recommend them.

Almonds! Although any are good as long as you don't overindulge as they are very calorie dense. And don't get the ones dipped in chocolate!

I eat a mix of cashews and almonds.

Great mid morning snack. Although my pt and I argue over what is classed as a small handful!!!
