Hi - can anyone recommend somewhere near Liverpool Street station in London for a Sunday roast? And no, that is not a euphemism...!
Trying to find somewhere quality that is not toooo pricey.

Hey, thanks for your suggestion of Boisdales - just checked out their menu - doesn't cover Sunday roast etc, but exactly the kind of place I am looking for. Good ratings on Trip Advisor too
Will investigate them further
Cheers! |

"Try the Water Poet Pub in Norton Folgate. It's lovely there.
I'm tempted to find a reason to go myself just thinking about it.
"
I was just about to say this. It's on Folgate Street. The Sunday lunch menu is lovely.

Whats your price range. There's an All Bar One Down Bishopsgate and a Wetherspoons right outside the station.
If you head towards London Bridge (only a few minutes walk) there are a few places. If you head towards Hoxton there are a few others.
Plenty of choice |

Thanks Brahm - looking for places that are not part of a (national) chains, not yer Wetherspoons / All Bar One type. A couple of good suggestions above - any more anyone? Thanks for your help so far - The Water Poet looks like best bet to date... |
