General anaesthetic

Had a GA yesterday for a minor procedure, home in the afternoon, absolutely fine ... but been awake since 2am just cant seem to drift off ... have resorted to a bit of surfing on here as a last resort !!!

Any advice ???

Chemically induced sleep such as a general anesthetic is different to natural, restful sleep. The disruption to your sleep pattern should be very short lived...
