Oh No!!!

I'm currently sat outside the Walk In Centre with a very very ouchie toe after bashing it in the changing rooms at the swimming pool. My nail has split and there is blood it also throbs and feels like its swelling

I need my hand holding as they are going to touch it and it ouchies!

How did you turn your swimming health kick into pain and hospital?

I'm sure it will be fine but nails take ages to regrow so do protect that toe.

Its all strapped up and I've been told to keep it elevated today.

I've done a bloody good job of the nail. Will be out of heels for a while

Eeeuuw that's gonna hurt!!

When my toe was stomped on by a stiletto (back in the day lol!) they pierced my toenail with a fine needle to release the pressure of the blood that was building up...!
