do what i do hunni - rub some ibuprofen gel on the soles of your feet before you go out ! works a treat - all my friends do it now too

im goin to try that im always moanin of sore feet and tried those gel pads and the memory foam heel wedges and still no joy! xx

I have to be on my feet for long hours at work, they are killing me! I hobble to the car at the end of my working day, I'm gonna try the ibuprofen gel. Thanks!
