Help! I have only ever eaten an Indian takeaway 3 times and have no idea what to order.

I like chicken, prawns and lamb, dont mind spicy but nothing to blow my head off.

What do I order?

I'd go for a lamb rogan josh... It's more about flavour than spicy

If your feeling a bit spicy you could try a jalfrezi... They seem to be different heats depending on where you get them from iv found

Lamb Roghan Josh is 'very' medium.

Personally, I like something that blows my head off, like a Bangalore Phal; - great as a laxative, also!!

I like a lamb bhuna, but heats can vary hugely depending on the takeaway.

Our local one does amazing house specials. I love the mushrooms covered in minced lamb and breadcrumbs. They are lush!!!

I don't want my head or ass blown off, I like nice strong flavours and a bit of spice.

That sounds pretty much like my last Indian order. I love raita, but I usually make my own.

Go for chick peas and a spinach or cauliflower side dish. Yum.

Why does naan bread only last 30 seconds before going stale? Its lovely when fresh but has the shortest shelf life in the world.

"i just ask for a medium lamb curry .. dont know any fancy names lol

But that's boring and just a curry, I can make that myself, I want lots of different dishes to taste. "

Then go out to an indian restaurant, with lots of friends. Then you can have a taste of everyone's. That's what I did years ago when I was trying to get a liking for curries.
