71 can't get a credit card due to bad credit ratings
14 have been arrested for drug related charges
8 arrested for shoplifting
21 are currently defendants in law suits
84 have been done for drink driving in the last year
Collectively these people have cost the taxpayer £92 .993 738 in expenses this year alone
