First game I ever played was harrier attack on the speccy!

Dizzy, Wings, cannon fodder were probably my favourites on Amiga.

Golden Axe, streets of rage, revenge of shinobi, road rash and skitchin' we're my mega drive favourites.

How has no one mentioned goldeneye on the N64?! Unless I missed it. As a young lad we had loads of mates round playing it! Honorary mention for mortal kombat too. FINISH HIM! Zelda: Ocarina of time rocked too.

GTA vice city, Time crisis 2, red dead revolver, devil may cry, battlefront 2, grab turismo 3, God of war, Max Payne were the bees knees for me on ps2.

Dune 2, command and conquer series, half life series, deus ex, doom, age of empires, medal of honour were my pc classics.

Black Country

loads of great games of my childhood.. and different ones, depending on the platform.

i used to love the old Shareware disks you used to get on the front of PC format, or PC world. there were many games like Commander Keen, Mystic Towers and Doom.

one of my all time favorite games was one called "Tie Figher" i can remember wasting hours of my life on that game.

for consoles, i would say the likes of Mario world, Mega Man and Wonderboy were among my favorite.

I did buy a PS3 a couple of years ago, but the games do not appeal to me like the older ones did. its seems that the visuals of a game is more important than gameplay.

"Started playing Monkey Island 2 again

I bought it for the PS3 a couple of years ago. Still a great game to play.. each time I played it I would get to the final part. But get stuck at the pit where lechuck caputures you and the cartographer. "

It took me 20 years to finish it, had to wait for the internet to be invented
