I'm having problems moving my iTunes account on to a new laptop, I've tried the home share option but nothing happening. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks guys

Try downloading iTunes again from scratch then sign in with normal password

Have you actually moved all the music files into the new laptop, or are they on a separate drive?

I'm not really a computer whizz, so I thought I would be able to sync iTunes to new laptop

May have to put it all on an external hard drive first. You can google it or as I tend to do is get someone to do it for me

Home sharing is the easiest option. I did it on mine. You just need to login on both laptops with the same id and authorise your new laptop. Follow the instructions on this link http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4620
