I've always maintained that I sleep well every night because I don't have (non-sexual) gadgets in my bedroom but now I've git my tablet I fear this will change.

One good app to download would be Twilight. It tints the display gradually, so that it filters out the blue light associated with daylight, then your brain isn't so likely to be fooled into thinking that it's not time for sleep. |

the other thing you can do really is speak into the tablet instead of typing it makes its own typos then and doesn't really do capitals.this post has been taught you by speaking into my tablet as you can see its not my usual standard. |
