It could come down as far as London apparently, but I can't see that happening.... Looks like tomorrow night is a good night to see this natural phenomenon

Any ideas if it will be visible as far south as Coventry?

If it is, am I better off having a late one tonight or tomorrow?

Throwing it down here at the moment and it doesn't seem like its gonna clear up but I've seen it a few times, its almost spiritual the first time...

When you're freezing your arse off in a tent above the arctic circle with frost-nip on your nose and tops of your ears, yes, the last thing you're bothered about is plasma in the upper atmosphere!...

If its clear later I'm going to practice with my new DSLR camera and try to get some night sky photos. The Aurora Borealis is predicted to be at its best tomorrow night and the weather is forecast clearer too so here's hoping for some great photos!

No but two real ones were made.

We lost two lads due to exposure.
